How to Order

Ordering with kaftans-express is easy. Just browse our extensive range of quality goods, then simply add to cart. Now just follow the step-by-step payment instructions and options including your delivery address and contact details, along with credit card details.

Payment

All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using VSP (Protx Verisecure Payment System). Protx are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB cardnet, Barclays, HSBC, American Express, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. All card numbers are encrypted in using 128 bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed on to us.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order simply contact us and provided the order has not been despatched you will receive a full refund.

Postage & Package

Postage is calculated by the website based on the goods in your basket. Generally one kaftan will cost $8 postage with extra items costing an extra $2. For delivery to outside the USA postage charged will be more.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible. However please allow upto 7 working days for delivery from order. Orders will be posted via Royal Mail Airsure delivery, which will have tracking on them. They should be delivered with 2-4 days from posting.

Returns Policy

The kaftans-express philosophy is ' customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to kaftans-express. Return postage charges are the responsibilty of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge.

All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
